*HOW IT WORKS*

“BREATHE TO UNLOCK” requires you to successfully complete an interactive mindfulness exercise (three in and out breaths) to unlock access to apps and websites.

1) Choose Apps to Block 
2) Set Duration for How Long Apps Stay Unlocked (15 minutes? An hour? Until midnight? It’s your call.)
3) Unlock By Breathing Three In and Out Breaths via the Interactive Breathing Slider 
4) Enjoy your Apps Before They Are Re-Locked, Or,
5) Dive Deeper into Self-Care such as Check-Ins, Meditations, Journaling & More
